Return and Exchange Policy

 

1. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled or changed before they've been packed, processed, or shipped. Once your order is on its way, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

2. Returns & Exchanges
Need a different size or simply changed your mind? You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

3. Personalised Items
Jerseys personalised with a name, number, or badge cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing or printing defect on our part.

4. How to Start a Return
Before returning any item, contact us or email our customer service team at support@artforge.shop to receive written approval and a return address. Returns sent without prior approval will be refused and returned at the sender's expense. Once approved, your item must be shipped back within 14 days, or the return authorisation will be voided.

5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we're unable to process returns for packages lost in transit.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@artforge.shop within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, its packaging, and the shipping label. Claims submitted after this window or without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.

7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 2-5 business days. We reserve the right to issue store credit instead of a refund in cases of suspected misuse or excessive returns.

8. Authentic Edition Returns
Returns and exchanges for Authentic Edition jerseys carry additional requirements. Within 24 hours of delivery, email us at support@artforge.shop with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a full, unedited unboxing video (mandatory) showing the sealed parcel, the shipping label, and the entire unboxing process. This evidence will be compared against any later return, and returns without it — or where the item doesn't match — will not be accepted.

By placing an order with Art Forge, you agree to this Return and Exchange Policy. In the event of a payment dispute, we reserve the right to contest the claim using delivery confirmation, tracking records, communication history, and evidence of policy acceptance at checkout.
